Absolutely fabulous panoramic view! Brilliant skies and sunsets. Well equipped. Easy to visit other places. Dominique was very helpful throughout our visit. Thoroughly recommend the property.

Excellent location, very modern apartment with a great view
Pros: lovely modern apartment, very nicely decorated with a beautiful bathroom, Excellent view of the beach & the tides coming & going and fabulous sunsets & sunrises. Easy walk to all amenities. Nice quiet area Cons: very small kitchen area with minimum facilities, but all very new and nice, nice lounge but sofa not very comfortable - fabulous balcony but chairs very small and hard. Bed great if you like a very hard mattress. Be aware 3 flights up. Dominique was a lovely friendly man who communicated excellently and was very good at giving us loads of information, however we were very disappointed that he asked for what we considered an extortionate amount to clean the apartment - we declined and we’re made to feel that we had to leave the place not just clean and tidy but immaculate, then at the end of the stay he wanted to charge us what we considered another over the top price for the bedding - he did waive this for us as he had had plenty of opportunity to mention this before our stay and when we arrived but didn’t, we thought this charge was excessive too!!! All in all it was a lovely place but I don’t think we’d stay there again.

Fantastic Location
Fantastic apartment in a great location overlooking beach and promenade and with its own parking space, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Dominique was waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful advising on best places to visit and recommending places to eat. The apartment was modern and spacious with everything you need. In a good location to explore D Day landing beaches.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub, mit dem schönen Meerblick vom Balkon und dem Strand vor der Haustür, dem Ort, der Vieles bietet (Wochenmärkte, Fete de la Mer, Semaine Akadienne), sehr abwechslungsreiches und geschichtsträchtiges Umland. Die Wohnung hat alles geboten, was man braucht, nur in der Küche fehlten Topfdeckel. Beim Bettzeug- und Handtuch-Paket waren 2 große Handtücher für 2 Personen und 3 Wochen sehr knapp. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Appt lumineux bénéficiant d'un superbe emplacement au pied de la plage. Parking privé. Location bien située pour partir découvrir le littoral entre Ouistreham et Avranches ou dans les terres vers Caen ou Bayeux. Propriétaire accueillant et très arrangeant !

Die Wohnung Hat eine super Lage mit direktem Blick auf das Meer man könnte stundenlang nur aufs Wasser gucken. Das Bett quietscht sehr laut. Meines Erachtens müsste man in einem vernünftigen Bett investieren. Im ganzen hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt tolle Landschaft tolle Ausflüge die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral sehr netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter

Un bel appartement avec une superbe vue mer et toutes les commodités. Le centre de Courseulles se trouve à 15 minutes à pied par la promenade le long de la plage. Nous avons été ravis du séjour !

Nous avons eu un excellent contact avec le propriétaire fort sympathique. La vue imprenable est magnifique sur la mer toujours changeante. Le logement est très bien équipé. A noter que le canapé lit du salon n'est pas dépliable. J'aurai aimé pouvoir l'ouvrir pour terminer mes nuits dans le silence, cause ronflements de Monsieur :))) Pas de bruit à part le ressac de la plage (peu fréquentée à cette époque) Nous connaissons bien le secteur déjà et Courseulles qui est une jolie petite ville de bord de mer avec tout à proximité. Semaine vraiment reposante. Rapport qualité prix parfait. Nous retenons et recommandons cette location et remercions les propriétaires.

Ein wunderschönes Septembererlebnis. Direkt am Meer. Wasser sehr sauber und warm. Eine Stadt zum die einen die Zeit vergessen lässt. Endlose Strandsparziergänge. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und modern! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Accueil très agréable, beaucoup de gentillesse, avec des cadeaux du terroir Normand. Appartement très bien situé au calme avec une vue magnifique sur une belle et grande plage. Prendre son petit-déjeuner chaque matin face à cette mer changeante est un vrai plaisir.

Urlaub mit den Füßen im Wasser
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem optimal gelegenen Appartement verbracht. Man steht wirklich fast mit den Füßen im Meer, denn das Haus ist nur durch eine Promenade vom Strand (Sand) getrennt. Es gibt 2 Balkone, einen am Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin raus, einen am Wohnzimmer zum Meer. Um ehrlich zu sein, haben wir nur den am Wohnzimmer benutzt. Beide Balkone haben Glasschiebefenster, sind also auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut zu benutzen. Es empfiehlt sich zudem, beide Türen immer ein wenig geöffnet zu halten, denn so ist das Klima in der Wohnung sehr angenehm. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön, hier stört ein wenig der Wasserhahn, der läuft (nein, er tropft nicht, er ist eher am Rand undicht, sodass am an der Seite des Waschbeckens nichts hinstellen kann, ohne dass es nass wird). Die Toilette befindet sich in einem kleinen, separaten Raum ohne Fenster. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind eins. In der Küche fand sich alles, was man so braucht. Einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht. Der Backofen ist eine kombinierte Mikrowelle, das sollte man vielleicht wissen. Wir hatten jedenfalls genug Platz für alles. Das Leitungswasser ist recht kalkhaltig, ich habe den Wasserkocher in der kurzen Zeit dreimal entkalkt. Es ist dennoch Trinkwasser, wir haben es ohne weiteres zum Kochen und Zähneputzen genutzt. Es gibt TV, was wir aber nicht ein einziges Mal genutzt haben, denn das Programm "Meer" war so unendlich spannend. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock.
