Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient. The room lacked amenities like lotion, cups etc. Also it was very hard to dispense the shampoo etc on the wall in the shower. Felt like one drop at a time.

We liked that one could easily access the River Walk. Staff were friendly and courteous - check in & out was smooth. We travelled with dogs, which we had let the hotel know about when booking, and we put into a ground floor room - did not have a view of the bay, but very convenient for our fur babies.

We liked the walking path behind the hotel as well as the convenience of walking to dining options. We had to leave before breakfast was served but there was coffee and fruit we could take with us for the road.

Room was clean with comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub are great with an added bonus of the waterslide. kids and my husband LOVED it! The continental breakfast had a lot of variety and it was really nice to have access to teas and coffee throughout the day. We will definitely be back again.
