Very Unsafe and Unpleasant Experience! This hotel is not safe at all. There were suspicious people hanging around, and even random strangers knocked on our room door during the night. The staff was extremely rude and refused to listen or help when we tried to explain the situation. The room quality was terrible - it smelled awful, felt unclean, and overall was very uncomfortable. I strongly do not recommend staying here if you value your safety and peace of mind.

Staff rude. Tried to book me into smoking room. When I asked to be moved, he offered a can of air freshener. Whole place is tired and looks like it hasn't had a single upgrade, paint job or new bedding since 1960. Stay elsewhere!

We returned to our room late and spouse found damp spot on mattress so she slept over the covers. Worse, next door room was extremely noisy until several hours past midnight. Even after staff knocked on their door the noise continued after staff left. Very hard to get any sleep under those circumstances.

filthy room; bugs; black drywall screws all over the carpet and looks like it has not been cleaned in 100 years. Parking lot is one way but closed on half, so dangerous parking. Poorly lit parking lot at the back of the building.

Here is a list, you be the judge (Oct-2025): all rooms are smoking - you’re given a spray to use to mask the smell - the window curtain was broken - the beds are noisy and uncomfortable - the carpet was very dirty - the toilet was broken, so to flush it, you had to take the top off and do it from the inside - people outside in the parking lot being loud all hours of the night, they stopped at 6 am - no amenities- no elevator and 3 flight of stairs to get to the second floor - I was apprehensive to have any food or drinks at this establishment - more… The pictures on the website don’t reflect the truth about this property.

Hotel staff was nice and helpful but the property was dilapidated. The entire area including the rooms smelled of smoke, tobacco and marijuana. The beds were also hard.

The room has a smoke smell. The sheets were dirty. The pillow has blood. The floor was dirty, it was not broom. Hair was all over the sink and the bed. My body was itching all night. The front desk guy didnt even offer a new room. When I told him about the smoke smell. He just handed me a smoke spray Zep.I will never go back this place. No customer service at all. I will never recommend this place at all.
