This time, I'm really going to be negative about what I've gone through last night. As soon as I mentioned that I had a reservation, their first words were, "They weren't able to find the reservation." Which led me to call Travelocity directly. After being on the phone them for close to a.half hour, they were able to resolve the issue.
When I got back, they found the reservation. The man that worked there during the evening then said, "In future, use your legal name to make things easier." That part I have no problem with. But, the ironic part is, the many times I was there, they never gave me a problem (until now).
But aside from that, the man then proceeded to give me a smoking room as they were out of non-smoking rooms (which is what I reserved initially). Hopefully they get better in their approach when it comes to resvervations be it from Travelocity or any other site.
