"Brilliant location in the heart of the historic centre of Florence and so close to all the main sights. Staff are wonderful - helpful and courteous and always there to provide a recommendation if needed. Rooms are stunning - beautifully designed with a mix of old and new, we particularly loved the exposed brickwork, the high ceilings and the tiles in the bathroom. Just be aware some rooms within the same category aren’t as great as others - our son and his girlfriend had a room with a tiny shower whilst we had one that was massive. "
