Located just steps from the Columbia Street Landing Riverfront Park, this beautifully restored 1926 Arts and Crafts gem in the Historic District is the large private guest quarters to a home walkable to all the best that Covington has to offer. Stroll to restaurants, great coffee houses, parks, boutique shopping, grocer and the Southern Hotel. With original details, high ceilings and hardwood floors, this newly restored two bedroom and two bath has its own private entrance and huge private outdoor deck. Just down the back drive to walk to the river park to kayak, paddle board or take in a free outdoor concert in the Spring and Fall.
