Housekeeping did to clean the room daily. Also, the bathroom door handle and door around the handle was sticky. Lovely woman worked the breakfast. Very sweet and accommodating.

The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the facility is clean and quiet. There is a full kitchen in the room (FULL…only lacking dish washer), so an extended stay is doable for getting groceries and eating in. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect stay
Second time I’ve stayed here in the last month and it’s very nice and comfortable. It’s busy but probably because they do such a great job with their accommodations. Would not hesitate to stay again if traveling through the area.

Room and linens were clean. Walls, doors and other touchable surfaces could stand a good scrub. The room was labeled non-smoking, but you could absolutely tell it was a smoking room at one time (likely still in the the aging carpet). We stayed to avoid insane hotel costs downtown Cincinnati, and got what we paid for. The clean bedding and bath would earn another stay for me. Staff was SUPER friendly!

Most at home feeling place
It's not very wheelchair accessible or at least the rooms we got were not but the staff did there absolute best to make it as accessible as possible and because of that we absolutely will be returning our next trip in that area ... I have never felt more at home in a motel in my life and that is really truly because of the people who work there
