This is the dirtiest place we have ever stayed and there was NO hot water for the stay for 2 days. Awful experience. I feel unclean leaving there.

Good value for one night. My request for first floor was honored. Easy parking for our truck and UHaul. Needs some updating - no plug for phone charger on nightstand. Fairly quiet considering proximity to freeway. Travelled w a dog - room was clean and sanitized.

Not the best or the worst
The staff was excellent and very welcoming. The only good things I have to say about the property itself is the location relative to both Cincinnati and Florence and the breakfast. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. You also received 3 of the tiniest pillows they make. The hallways were noisy and the room smelled weird, like the heat had just been turned on for the first time. The air conditioner was ice cold or non existent. There was no in between.

Comfortable place close to Attractions
We stayed here while visiting both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was a bit closer to the Creation Museum than the Ark, but it worked well for us. The room was comfortable, and the service was good. Friday night there was traffic noise, but that isn't something that the motel can control. The lady taking care of breakfast was so sweet.

Very nice and quiet hotel. The only down side is that they gave us a room where they were doing construction outside of our window. Breakfast was good and hot. We stayed 2 days and they offered a slightly different variety each day. Would recommend. Would stay again.
