TERRIBLE
I purchased this room for my parents her were staying for my fathers birthday. It was an awful stay for them! They had maintenance called to room multiple times! Heat wasn’t working, toilet was broke and fan in bathroom never stopped running! It was an awful experience and the staff didn’t offer ANYTHING for all the trouble over the weekend. Absolutely pathetic and will never book with this hotel again!

After checking in, I was assigned to a room and ciuld not get in. Aftee 3 attempts back abd forward to the front desk i learned that someone was asleep in the room. A second room waa assigned abd adter 3 attempts only to find out that there was someone in that room. called security security came abd gave us a 3rd room. It took us over an hour. 4 and a 1/2 to get assigned a room

When we arrived at 4:30pm we were told our room wasn’t ready and would have to wait. We booked a deluxe king room because we wanted a larger space. A few minutes later we were given a smaller room and our room rate wasn’t adjusted The staff said the room was considered a suite, but really wasn’t.

I stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and years had the worst buffet I ever encountered. I was told it was $15 and that still wasn't worth it and then I got a bill for $44 Some of the food on there was an edible should've went to a different restaurant

Smoke Smell, but…
The only issue is that I had is when I ask for a non-smoking room, I don’t want to smell smoke or the remanence of smoke from back in the day. Other than that, everything was great.
