Clean room had all the updated electronic hooks ups, bed was comfortable except for the pillows which were like sleeping on sand bags, bathroom was clean but the celing was caving in and had a good sized crack that has been ignored by staff for many months. TERRIBLE
I purchased this room for my parents her were staying for my fathers birthday. It was an awful stay for them! They had maintenance called to room multiple times! Heat wasn’t working, toilet was broke and fan in bathroom never stopped running! It was an awful experience and the staff didn’t offer ANYTHING for all the trouble over the weekend. Absolutely pathetic and will never book with this hotel again!
