* Please take off your shoes off at door.  Socks are provided for wear inside ...or use your own. You may toss used socks at checkout or place them with used linen.

* No chewing gum in the house please. Dispose of used chewing gum in the garbage upon entry.  Adults are held responsible for any damage to furnishings used by residents. 

* Dispose of cooking oil in a sealed container and place in a garbage bag before putting it in the garbage can. Garbage should be placed in a tightly closed garbage bag that is then placed in the garbage cans by the carport for pick up. Do not leave plastic garbage bags  in the open or leave the garbage cans loosely covered. This will attract wildlife and flies, creating a mess and a health hazzard for everyone. Fees will be charged for any resulting nuisance or damage from garbage not properly stored.
