We had an early 5:30 am flight departing from the airport. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 4:00 am, but it wasn't very busy so the front desk clerk took us over at 3:20 am.

We parked our car there while we were on vacation, that went well other than the shuttle being late to go to the airport. We also had a reservation for when we came back for one night. I even spoke with the front desk person to clarify that we would not be back till 1am and she said we will have a ride back from the airport. Our flight was delayed so we called the hotel to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving till later around 2:00am and they mentioned they probably wouldn’t be able to pick us up from the airport which was fine because it was so late but they knew we were coming. Once we arrived they said that they just cancelled our reservation even when they knew we were still coming after we told them our flight was delayed and wanted to charge me extra for a late check out after they cancelled my room and then tried to make it up by saying it’s not an extra cost for coming in so late which I would hope not considering everything and the fact we were only there for 7 hours. Even in the morning while we were getting ready the cleaning crew knocked on our door twice an hour before check out. I’m not happy with our stay here and I probably won’t be back.

Excellent stay during family wedding
Every employee we encountered was very kind and helpful. We were in town for a family wedding. Any time we left or came back to the hotel we were genuinely greeted and acknowledged. The breakfast was wonderful! We were very grateful to have that. The attendant took excellent care and kept everything clean and in stock. She was great! All of the front desk people were so wonderful as well.

The desk clerk was very friendly and allowed me to check in a bit late- much appreciated! The room was in pretty poor condition and not thoroughly cleaned. Fine for a night to sleep before continuing travel.
