The main living is on the top floor with open plan living and kitchen area, There is gas heating as well as a split system heating and cooling unit, comfortable sofas and a tv and dvd player, the main lounge has sliding doors opening on to the large deck. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave and there is a central dining table.
The deck has a gas bbq and seating and a table perfect for bbqs out on the deck. The queen bedroom and the two double bedrooms are all on the top floor The queen bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and basin there is a family bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet.
Downstairs has the 2 bunk rooms and a large rumpus room for the kids to hang out. The laundry has a washing machine and there is a second toilet and shower downstairs, totalling 3 showers and 2 toilets catering for big family gatherings.
The property is fully fenced with ample off street parking and the family pet is welcome too but must remain outside at all times (conditions apply).
