Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in Cowes. A convenient short drive to Penguins, Koala Park, Maze and Ropes course, Motorcycle Grand Prix track, The Nobbies, Woolamai and Smith's surf beaches and many other popular attractions.

Large second living/rumpus with 50 'plasma, DVD/Blu-ray player, (Modular lounge with fold out double sofa bed) (could be 5th bedroom)

Undercover balcony with BBQ, lovely brand new outdoor setting overlooking picturesque Seagrove Lake.

Reverse cycle split system upstairs and downstairs for your comfort.

Ample off street parking available, room for up to 4 cars or 2 cars and large boat.

A children's playground is just 80 metres away and can be viewed from the top floor undercover balcony.


Doonas, pillows, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats are supplied. - BED LINEN IS ALSO SUPPLIED AT NO EXTRA COST - however BATH TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED and quests need to supply their own.
If you require bath towels please ask as they can be arranged at a cost of $5.00 per towel per stay.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite and private TV. A fully equipped kitchen, dining for 12 people, lounge with seating for 12 people. Undercover balcony for entertaining overlooking lake.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, second living/rumpus, laundry, games area and outdoor area!

Bed configuration (all bed rooms have ceiling fans and heating)

Upstairs - Bed 1 - 1 Queen sized bed.

Downstairs- Bed 2 - 1 Queen sized bed.
Bed 3 - 1 Queen Bed PLUS 1-Tri Bunk Bed = 1double bed with single bunk on top
Bed 4 - 1 Tri Bunk Bed = 1 double bed with single bunk on top and 1 single bed
2nd Living room - 1 double fold out bed.

CHECK OUT IS 10AM- Weekend and Long weekend stays may have a later checkout but must be confirmed with the owner (will depend on cleaning requirements).

Lovely spacious and well layed out home. Perfect for our extended family! Was lovely walking to the beach in the morning and also nice and close to the vibrant town centre. Russell gave us some great tips on great things to do and see too!

An enjoyable Easter Break
We spent Easter at Phillip Island and entertained our family members over different days. The living area of the house was fantastic for a big group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and a lovely big table for everyone to sit around during meals. The deck off the living room was particularly lovely in the sun. Three bathrooms also made it comfortable for everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The house is well equipped. A nice walk to Cowes and the beach. We had a great stay!

The property was perfect for our annual family holiday. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and located next to the parklands so we could go and see the ducks. Quiet street and still close to the main shopping strip

Great family vacation home
Loved our stay at this property. We went in winter as an extended family holiday. Pets were welcome and the property had everything we needed. Just remember to bring your own towels! Shops are a short drive away… but easy to walk to in 10 minutes. The beach is also a short walk away… as is a coffee shop. Plenty of space to keep everybody entertained… even if it rains the entire time! Huge kitchen table, large loungeroom, seperate Loungeroom for the teenagers, games room, back yard for pets and two balconies. Beds were very comfortable and all rooms had heating! Will definitely book again for another family escape next year.

Disappointing
As this property was advertised as a "Luxury" property we were really looking forward to a high standard unfortunately we were very disappointed in the property. On entering the property is was very cold the whole of the downstairs had to be heated by finding oil heaters in cupboards and plugging them in, upstairs had a split system so was warmer. The property has a dated grubby feel, there was dust caked on all vents, the floors were sticky, skirts were dusty scuff marks on most walls, all ceiling fans could have used a clean as well. The shower down stairs barely flowed and the pole kept coming off the wall when moving the shower head. On the positive side the upstairs when warm had a really good lay out and is a good social area the view from the large windows was beautiful and relaxing. Property is very close to town great location.

Comfortable group getaway
The house ticked lots of boxes for an enjoyable group weekend away. The spacious living space, with a large dining table and plenty of comfortable seating, was a big plus. The property is reasonably priced, has good off-street parking and is within walking distance of the beach and coffee shops. We also appreciated the owner approving a later checkout.

Comfortable place. However very poor quality of plates and mugs,gas stove burners not working properly, plastic wine glasses, very poor quality of drinking glasses, quite a number of the blinds are broken and not operational. Also had a fire with the BBQ which was in a very poor condition , fortunately managed to put out the fire with the fire extinguisher.
