Staff was amazing from check in to check out! Breakfast buffet staff were so attentive and helpful ( even in the middle of hurricane Helene!). I would recommend this hotel to any one!

Staff was wonderful accessibility to all surrounding walkable markets was great. The concern is it’s very dated appears to be stuck in the late 70s 80s limited food options for the breakfast buffet likely will not stay there again.

Casa Mexicana - my home away from home
Perfect location. It is about a 10 minute walk from the ferry terminal so you don't need a cab. Staff are wonderful. Will stay here every time we return to Cozumel, which will be often. Really loved the small soaking pool overlooking the ocean. And the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The cleanliness is impeccable, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food is very good. Its location is unbeatable just a stone’s throw from the ferry and within walking distance of everything you might need. Truly a perfect choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and value.
