We had an amazing time! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate your every need. Maria at the front desk took the time to acquire me an electric wheelchair when mine was broken. She also took time off her day off to take us shopping. We will definitely be back. My sincere thanks to the staff and especially Maria!

We had to ask for the plunge pool to have water added, as it was low. There were some rude staff members. We were told we had a private dinner as part of VIP package but when i asked about it they said it's just for the regular restaurants. The sheets in our bed were damp. Room service messed up every order. Pool bar service was rarely available. The VIP experience here was terrible. Regular reservations at other resorts in Cozumel have been better in our experience. Avoid this place.

Not a better place to stay in Cozumel and frankly in my opinion anywhere in Mexico. The staff is outstanding, the accommodations are beyond expectations and the scenery and the mindset fiesta Americana put you in is like nothing else. El mejor!

My time at Fiesta Americana was wonderful! It was the best vacation I've ever had in Mexico, and I have visited many locations around the country over the years. The staff is fabulous from the front desk, to housekeeping, to groundskeepers, to dining room personnel, everyone is wonderful. Special thanks to: Carlos, Jorge, Arturo, Gabriel, Francisco, Joao, Samantha and hostess Alejandra Mac. Even Saul, whose job it was to convince me to buy into the rewards program, was never anything but kind, courteous and helpful. The beachfront property has reopened giving access to the Caribbean & a beautiful setting for dining. I can't wait to return to this wonderful resort!

Very disappointing. The food wasn’t very good. They lost beach access. They said renovation, but I think they are lying. There’s no renovation going on at all. So the little pool is very congested. The rooms are ran down now, very meadowy smell. The beddings are humid, rooms are humid. In the mornings, I just feel sweaty after waking up. So uncomfortable. Not good views bc you see the roof of the restaurants instead of beach front. I had good memories, so I returned. Everything changed and is ran down. I won’t be coming back. Presidential Continental is way better all around, or Westin.

This hotel experience was absolutely amazing. Miguel and Juan treated my family and I like royalty. After a week stay here we decided to extend our stay because we couldn’t get enough of Cozumel. We decided to move to a beach property on the North side of the island, Melia. Overall our experience was WAY better at Fiesta and we will be back. Thank you all for the amazing week.
