A right-hand turn from Sandpoint Lake leads you to Little Vermilion, Loon and Lac La Croix. Fish both Minnesota and Canada. Great fishing for Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie and Trout. Boating, wildlife viewing, birding, site seeing, swimming, hiking, and just plain relaxing will be yours. The lake-facing lower-level walkout of Bayside Retreat is all yours, with a private entrance and a large yard leading to the dock and lake. The property owner occupies the upper level of Bayside Retreat, which is an up/down duplex and is available when needed. The 1,200 square feet of living space offers a large living room with dining area, plus 2 bedrooms, a sleeping nook, a full bath and a kitchen/laundry room. Your yard features a view of the lake, a propane grill, charcoal grill, fire ring - firewood provided, picnic area and private dock with electric. Bayside Retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
