Lovely place
This is one lovely place and rooms are with great view. This is a family run business and owners/staff take extra care of staff. Their restaurant has a great view of valley. Their breakfast is limited but enough/good quality. If you going by public transport then you may want to check connection in advance (bus stop is right next to hotel). if you going by car then they have plenty of parking space. Montana is 10 mins drive and mountains are beautiful there. We shall visit again.

Hotel is closed to Sierre train station( 5 mn by car) and 10 mn to Montana, 15 to Crans... Very clean. The room was nice with a balcony ( mountain view) and a large bath room( 11) .with bathtub and double sinks .. bed comfortable...we also booked later another double for our daughter.(14) this one was a little smaller ... especially the bathroom with just a shower , but same nice view. Very nice staff at the reception ...we tried the restaurant in the evening and the food was great especially the burgers... breakfast is simple... little buffet with breads, jam, cereals, yogurt, chese, charcuterie, hard boiled eggs...fruits...but ok for a good start in the morning..price is ok

Very comfortable chalet-style stay
A very comfortable and warm, welcoming chalet. Mini pastries at the breakfast buffet are the best. A little way outside of the town, but as we were there mostly for skiing it didn't bother us.

Lovely position with great views.
Very friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Good location, but ignore SatNav from Sierre (different ones both got completely lost), just take the main road up the mountain towards Montana. Restaurant is a separate business from the hotel. Reasonable Italian food but rather expensive for dinner.

Comfortable, family-run hotel with amazing views
We couldn't be happier with our choice to spend our family's Christmas at Hotel Panorama. We stayed in one of the family suites (with terrace) and it was perfect for our needs. Our two young boys slept in the bunk room, while my wife and I stayed in the main room, with walk-out access to the terrace and amazing views of the Rhone valley and Alps. We ate several amazing meals in the hotel restaurant (3 breakfast and 2 dinners.) The menu offered a good range of dinner choices with excellent service, and at a reasonable price for a fine-dining experience. They even managed to please our very picky kids. The owners and staff are very friendly, speak fluent English, and went out of their way to see that we were happy and comfortable. They gave a small bottle of very nice, local wine on Christmas Eve, offered to do basic laundry, and even sent us off with a bag of fruits and breads because we had to leave very early for a flight out of Geneva. Despite a disappointing lack of snow on the mountain, we had a wonderful time and made memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended!

Friendly Hotel - Great Rooms.
We stayed in Mollens rather than Crans Montana itself (15/20 mins by car or bus) as we prefer the quieter life. The hotel Panorama was just right for us and perfect if you wish to visit the local wineries, we were their during August for hiking in the mountains. The hotel has adjacent off road parking and we experienced no problems. The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a well appointed and similarly spacious and clean bathroom. The hotel owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely Hotel
We stayed over for one night and wished it was more. The lady at reception was very friendly and offered us a room with a view. It was a spectacular view. The evening meal and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

Nice stay, but owner/receptionist not so good!
We stayed at this hotel to attend the golf at Crans Montana. On arrival, we asked the receptionist if it was possible to take public transport to the venue. she said she would look for us. Later before dinner we asked again, she said she would look in to it. Again at dinner we asked, and then before we went to bed, we reminded her and she said she would have the print out of the timetable ready for us at breakfast the next morning. We went downstairs for breakfast and it was clear she had forgotten. She then looked at the timetable and told us that the bus was due in 5 minutes and then not one for another 1.5hours! Needless to say we were not impressed! We had to miss breakfast , and with the high prices of Swiss hotel rooms this was not ideal. When we returned from the golf, she then 'mentioned' the fact that their restaurant didn't open on Sunday's, and wondered if she had remembered to inform us! good job we had eaten at the golf venue! Next morning we had to walk around the building to get to the breakfast room as the owner wasn't awake and the breakfast lady only had the key to the outer door. Good job the rain had stopped by then! Eventually the owners did open the internal door to the restaurant and we were able to settle our bill. The one good thing to say about the hotel was the restaurant , the food was fabulous.

Great place, Great people and Great location
This is a very charming, small, family own hotel. Room was very clean, sunny and with beautiful mountain view. The staff vas very friendly, always there for you and they make you feel special every day. Great gateway location. 5 minutes to Crans- Montana skiing, golfing and hiking places. 50 minutes ride to Zermatt and Verbier. Great!!! Downstairs, nice bar and restaurant with great food and view. lightning speed wifi in the room. will go there again, for sure!

Wonderful view of alps, but everything so expensive
Pros: Spectacular view of alps, a small balcony, dinner open till 10-11pm. Bus stops at the hotel. Hotel service was satisfactory. Cons: Only one small shop near the hotel, everything is expensive, no English speaking person in the neighborhood. No free internet. AND NEVER CALL TO HOME FROM THE PHONE-BOOTH, IT ATE MY $75 IN 4 MINUTES.
