The hotel was clean, but the service left much to be desired. While the staff was polite, I encountered some issues. For example, I arrived an hour early at 2 PM, and the usual check-in time is 3 PM. They charged me an extra £10, which I understand, but I've stayed at many hotels before where this was not the case, even if such a policy existed. Additionally, no one informed me about the breakfast timings or when the kitchen would close. Later that night, when I came down hoping to eat, there was nothing available, and the staff offered no suggestions or alternatives to help with the situation.

The staff was wonderful & the hotel opened in April 2024! Rooms are small but all the other perks made it perfect! The shuttle runs on time to & from London Gatwick Airport ands it’s only 5 pounds each way! We will definitely stay here on our next London visit!

There is a shuttle service from and to the London Gatwick airport for 5 pounds starts from 4 am and last shuttle is at 11.00 pm .

Room was very warm even with air con on its lowest, bed was very had and pillows very soft making it an uncomfortable sleep. The extractor fan was also very loud and did not turn off all night.

Fine. Clean good staff' comfortable bed.
A clean room and comfortable bed close to the airport. Staff friendly and proffesional. Typical fried food kichen, bar open 24/7 has some committed users. Good choice however there were occasional noise like a broken fan or alarm a few floors away that was a an annoyece for 2 days

Room new but basic to the extreme. Nowhere to put anything or hang anything. We had wet clthing from rain down por bur 3 hooks on a wire grid was totally inadequate. No phones in room to communicate with travel buddies. Staff not unfriendly but appeared not interested. Beds comfy. Breakfast would have been good but hot offerings were cold.
