I ordered an online ticket, mixed up the address incorrectly, I called immediately 25 minutes before asking for a refund... they didn’t want to come back... Thank you for contacting Expedia US Customer Support Team. As much as we wanted to fulfill your rerequest, please note that we are subject to the rules and restrictions of the vendor, and we do not have the authority to override their policies. We really tried our best in order to get the refund approval from the property but unfortunately after multiple tries we weren't able to obtain an approval from the hotel. Therefore, we will not be able to Cater your request without the approval from Quality Inn & Suites Creedmor - Butner.

This is an old property and it shows on both the exterior and interior. The interior, though old and worn is clean, the lighting is good, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast items are minimal

Long story short. It’s outdated, filthy, and worn out. We had a room on the first floor. It was a non smoking room but had very apparent smell of weed as soon as we walked in. The whole room smelled like a public restroom. I immediately had to go to the store and buy air fresheners so that I could stand to be in the room. Ontop of that the walls had disgusting brown streaks on them near the trash can and next to the toilet. The bathroom fan smelled so bad anytime you turned it on it made the room smell 10 times worse. The carpet was nasty and I didn’t even want to take my shoes off the whole time. The arm chair in the room was so filthy it was sticky to the touch. Just absolutely a disgusting room and would never come here again. Even considered taking a loss on the payment towards the room and just going somewhere else. The “clean beds” had stains on them and my bed sheets and comforter had holes from cigarette burns. Totally unhappy staying here and would never return.

Not really worth the price - I would advise spending the extra $10-30 and getting a room at a different hotel. Our motel room’s door did not close snugly and seemed insecure. Hot water in the shower did not work the night of check-in, nor the morning we checked out. Didn’t have the time to make a complaint and wait for the staff to address it as we were extremely tight on time with our travels. Front desk were unable to accommodate us for the issue at checkout.
