Spacious and comfortable, well appointed and completely remodeled. This home features an open floor plan, large living room with 65 in. Smart tv & free WIFI, separate dining area that seats six and a spacious kitchen with large island and seating. Also available off kitchen area is a covered patio equipped with BBQ. Primary suite offers king size bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and private patio entrance with seating & fire pit. There are 2 separate guest suites that offer queen size beds, oversized closets and chest of drawers. The 4th guest suite offers 2 twin beds, oversized closet & chest of drawers. The 5th room offers a 55 in. Smart tv with a twin sofa pull out bed. Indoor laundry, garage and driveway parking. This home is dog friendly (additional fee and accepted Pet Addendum is required) and has fenced and crossed fenced yards & is equipped with 3 adult bikes, a basketball, a soccer ball, corn hole & board games. The location was great and house was very spacious! Stayed for 3 days 2 nights. We didn’t do too much cooking since the home specified no fish or crabs so we cooked at a different Vrbo home. On the last day we noticed some black ants. Overall loved all the spaces and available amenities! Easy check in n checkout process!

First timer at renting a house. It was very enjoyable to have the whole family under one roof as apposed to hotel rooms. The weather was exciting thunder, lightening, and hail but we stayed cozy inside. Movies, bikes, games were entertaining and coffee bar was a plus.

Kansas spring break

We took the family to Crescent City for spring break so they could see the redwoods and the ocean for the first time. This house was perfect. It was so close to the beach and a quick drive to the forest and gave us all space to spread out when we got back. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little getaway with family

The weather was perfect for late November after a week of storms the property is nestled at the end of a neighborhood right next to a school it was nice for our 8year old. We battled ants but its expected after a big storm and it looked like they were really trying to fix the situation. Overall it was wonderful wonderfWebattledants

Great spacious house

So happy with all the space in the house. We were so pleased to find a rollaway bed and blow up mattress in the master closet. The kitchen and entire house was fully stocked there wasn’t a single thing we needed that we didn’t have. I’d recommend for the bath towels to be replaced they were quite thin and used but would definitely stay here again!

Great homebase for our daughter's wedding in the Redwoods

The house met our needs, but

This is a difficult review because I wanted to give this house 3 1/2 stars. However, that is not an option. First, let’s start with a good. The house met our needs, which was a kid friendly house for a total of five people. We traveled with our two elementary school-age kids, and 80-year-old grandmother, my wife and me. The house had a washer and dryer that worked wonderfully. There was also a grill that was available although we did not have time to use it. The kitchen was so so although it had plenty of space and we were able to find most of the utensils that we needed, including all of the basic ones. The only real cutlery that was missing was a knife set, which we were able to work our way around. We were only in the house for about 12 hours. The listing mentioned that it was closer to the beach and Meby one’s experience changes if that person and or his her family went to the beach. We did not. The television was easy enough to use. There were two bathrooms also.Our biggest issue with the property is the location. Keeping in mind that we live in a large city, when we looked at the house after we pulled into the driveway, we were a little nervous. The house is bordered by some trailer homes and also some thing that I can only describe as kind of industrial in nature.I don’t think you could actually call neighborhood. I would not feel comfortable walking with my kids in the area. Maybe this is just the view I had pulling in at 8 o’clock in the evening and leaving at 10

If you are looking to stay in Crescent City, this is a good home base for Jedidiah Smith Redwoods! We enjoyed walking to the tide pools and lighthouse at low tide. The house was clean and comfortable, surprisingly spacious.

Great place to stay when exploring the Redwoods

The property was clean, stocked well with everything needed in a vacation home. All the appliance's at the home worked. The location and property worked great for our needs on this trip. We had 5 MC's and the garage was a big part of the decision to book this property. The listing I saw listed 3 queens and 1 king for available beds alone with some twins. One of my guests said the listing they saw matched the sleeping arrangements which were 2 queens, 1 king, alone with the same number of twins. I wanted the 3 queens and 1 king for the couples that came with us on the trip.

Thanksgiving get away

Our family of 7 loved our stay in Crescent City at 995 C St. The lovely home had ample bedrooms with comfortable beds for all, great furnishings, a fenced in yard which our dog enjoyed, a well appointed kitchen as well as bathrooms. We all felt quite at home at this location and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Crescent City.
