Beautifully situated on the confluence of Crescent Creek and Big Marsh Creek, unwind on the spacious front deck just steps from the water and take in the sights. Enjoy crisp early mornings, ample wildlife viewing, amazing sunsets, and gaze at stars in the night sky, unpolluted by streetlights or city sounds. Just a half-mile to Highway 58, relish easy driving access to hiking, skiing, high mountain lakes, and the nearby towns of Crescent Lake Junction, Crescent, Gilchrist, and La Pine, or take a day trip to the larger cities of Bend or Eugene.

Inside, a sun-filled living area welcomes you to kick back and relax amidst the high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. The open-concept layout makes for seamless entertaining and downtime while streaming movies or playing board games at the table. When mealtime arrives, cook up tasty treats or hearty meals in the full kitchen hosting modern appliances, a sparkling center island, and lovely views out the living room windows.

Cozy and modern ski or lake getaway
We chose this property because of its' proximity to Willamette Pass ski area. It is a modern home with modern conveniences. Being able to park in the garage was super handy. It kept snow off the car and gave us an opportunity to load and unload the car out of the weather. The same could be said for a summer trip to the Odell lake. Communication was good with the prooerty owner. Definite pride of ownership.
