Great Ski Week
Great ski location with a ski valet right inside the door. Shuttles will take you free in to shopping areas with great restaurants. Plenty of equipment for sale in and near this resort as well as eating areas. If you want your room cleaned, you have to ask for it. We will definitely stay here again. Many spots to choose from for rental equipment one inside Elevatiion!

Upon arrival, check-in staff are awesome. The parking garage is low clearance (6 foot 6 on the lower level, 6 foot 5 on the upper level), and limited parking compared to the number of guests that can be housed. The room and hotel itself are well kept and clean; however, the walls, doors, and floors are all thin and lead to hearing every little thing (to include the neighboring room's light switch manipulation). The TV in our room didn't have a picture except for one period of time, and it's super dated. The water pressure was lack luster at best. The beds in the queen beds room are springy, and probably a 7/10 on firm level. The hotel itself offers one "modern Mexican" restaurant that is on-par with pricing at ski resorts, portions could be better, drinks were gasoline rather than tastefully done. I guess solid alcohol to dollar amount in that regard? Closest proximity to the lifts at Crested Butte which is nice. There aren't many shops to peruse unless you just want some ski/snowboard gear, and the dining options around are limited (pizza at the other hotel, a couple of bars, a dessert place [Tin Cup, really the highlight of the trip], the mexican restaurant in the hotel, and a burger place that's open for 4 hours). The hotel can't control what's around it, I get it, but all-in-all, for what we paid, it was a lesser experience than we were hoping for.

The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My family loves the first floor activities available and it is so much better than sitting in our room. The only issue we had was when we tried watching Sunday night football. The tv was so dated that it only came in fuzzy and ill-fitting for the screen.

If they dont have any amenities during the off season then close the hotel. At the very least tell people thst the whole area is shut down.
