The property is a bit outdated in decor. Excellent location. Hotel arranged to have the kitchen power washed one nite without informing guests the noise and smell of the machinery forced us to move rooms in the middle of the nite.. this was a clear mgt error. Also, no air conditioning in the rooms isn’t going to cut out thru the summer..Staff handled the midnight room change appropriately by upgrading and comping the nites cost.

Surprise expenses like parking and resort fees were not included in the ad. Had to pay too much for this old hotel time share. Might be great in ski season but no big deal in summer. Warning NO AIRCONDITIOING and it was 100 degrees during the day

Lobby and rooms are beautiful ans staff was helpful with a double charge. For the money, I was surprised to learn of no a/c in any room. Shame on me for not looking elsewhere when our group of about 50 requested us to book here.

the hotel is ok. things seem dated for the price category though. Parking is $30/ day which seems steep. my room had no TP and I could never get any during my stay. housekeeping staff speak no English and don't have TP on their carts. weird.. There is little going on here on mount Crested Butte in summer so you likely end up driving or taking bus downtown to Crested Butte for dinner etc.

Unfortunate room consition
The bed sloped downwards at the head… There was no soap or sponges to clean the dishes… there was a chunk out of the carpet near the stove. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful at checkin, however by the time we returned to the room after dinner it was late and didn’t realize the issue with the bed until trying to sleep on it
