A secluded private home backing onto the Creswick Forrest

Can sleep 7+ people (the couch in the lounge easily folds out to a double bed) and the separate powered studio can be used as a sleeping area with its own heating and cooling and external property access sliding door

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave incorporated in an open-plan dining and living area with a covered outdoor deck and dining to ensure year-round entertainment with a gas webber on board

The Lounge has wood heater and split system to ensure temperate comfort (BYO wood)

Pet friendly and fully secure, fencing all around with chicken wire at the bottom for both small to large animals and gates
Pets are also welcome in the sunroom, attached to the house

Upon request the shed can be accessible, a whopping 16m x 9m with 2 roller doors to open it up a partial mezzanine floor inside, power and water

For parties please consider standard noise restrictions

Comfortable Creswick Retreat
Stay was perfect for group of 4 on golfing weekend.Lisa had the air con on already for us when we arrived so the house was nice and cool on a scorching day.

New year stay
We had a nice stay at this property, however the cleanliness of the house was disappointing. The toilet and shower had visible mould, which made the experience less comfortable. Other aspects of the stay were pleasant, such as the fire pit and the outdoor dining area. Addressing the cleanliness issues would improve the experience for future guests.

Was a lovely location however on the listing there was an outdoor spa bath that was no longer there. Oven still had dirty trays in it. Beds were very comfortable. Lisa was very accommodating allowing an early check-in and a late check-out

Leaves much to be desired, filthy!
The house was not cleaned properly. Dirty bench tops. One room had rubbish and dirty dishes, in it. Old food was in the fridge and drawers! All 3 bins outside, recycling included, were full of general rubbish, smelt and had not been emptied in I’m guessing months. The garden was a mess. We were very disappointed considering the $$ per night. I would not recommend this property ro anyone, especially considering the price point.
