Little Rough
This hotel is a little rough. They have remolded some, but no tables to put your things on. Very limited. Looks like some people live there and some are a little sketchy. A couple of doors down the first night a man was outside, acting he was under the influence of some kind of drug and staring us down. Felt uncomfortable. Lots of smokers, feel if this hotel made some changes it might be a better place to stay. Get rid of smoking rooms, have working ice machines (no ice, ice machine there but hasn't worked in months) and maybe only allow a certain section of the hotel for the people that are living there. The hotel price is not cheap for what it is. I am sure the people that are living there are not paying the high rate we did.

This hotel was a dive but it did have a pool. The staff were good. The lock on my door wouldn't work. The master key got stuck in the lock. A manager was called from home and fixed it. Meanwhile, I was standing outside in my PJ's with my dog. The towels were stained. The room smelled of pure Fabuloso. The driveway was a Baja 500. The sheets were clean, there was no closet or iron or hair dryer. It was convenient to stores and food however, I will not stay there again. Shame on Expedia.

The ice machine was not working. No coffee pot in room and was told that not all rooms have coffee pots but they have coffee and cups. No trash can in toom. Property very run down.

the workers at the desk were very nice and very helpful, but the room condition was unsatisfactory and no hot water had to leave and get a new room at a nearby hotel.

The staff were friendly and responsive when we had an issue. There was no hair dryer or coffeepot in the room. We did have coffee packets, but no sweetner or creamer. We had to call the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The front desk did send housekeeping with a hairdryer, a coffee pot, and toilet paper. The towels had large holes in them. There was no ice machine on the premises. There was no phone in the room so we had to call the front desk using our mobile phones. The WiFi was not working. The plumbing made loud, rumbling, roaring, noises anytime we, or our neighbors used the water. At first, in the middle of the night, I was awakened thinking that someone was driving through the parking lot with a loud boom box stereo system in their car. The concrete in the parking lot was busted in several places. The room was clean and comfortable and did have a new chair and ottoman. Don't be fooled - This is NOT Courtyard by Marriott!

Disappointing stay at Courtyard Hotel.
No breakfast facilities or coffee machine at motel. Room did not have a coffee making machine. No iron & ironing board in room. No hair dryer. The WiFi would not connect, even when I searched for a strong signal around the building. Very basis room facilities and very disappointing for stay at this hotel. The room rates were much too high for the room & service I received.

Just Nope Your Way Down the Road A Piece
Hotel must have had at least 200 rooms and maybe 10 rooms booked from the amount of vehicles in the lot, yet the "king" we booked wasn't available and were given a double with 2 fulls instead. There was coffee makings in the room but no coffee maker. The room smelled bad. The TV reception was horrible. There was no breakfast available and the lobby was still locked up at 7:15 am when we checked out and had to hand the key cards through a small window. The door lock assembly was difficult to operate. It would take about 10 attempts every time we needed to access the room before the door latch would finally open the door. The hotel is in serious need of a full renovation. The walls and floors in the room needed repairs and the tub/shower needs to be replaced desperately.

The property is an old one. And it looks like they are beginning to do some renovation to upgrade it. But I can't say that the bed was nice and the sheets were clean. But the overall room itself need to be renovated and updated. The commode seat and the sinks were too low. But otherwise it was okay
