Clean. Pleasant staff. Only slightly worn carpets. Typical breakfast options. Not unusual having the typical AC annoying cycling, wish someone would invent a fix to this. Constant fan is only a partial fix. Smells: just clean without perfumes.

The essence of hospitality

Clean and inviting- located conveniently nearby the interstate and quite possibly the quietest hotel I’ve been to in years. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my needs and did it with a smile. This is a place I would definitely revisit.

This is an older propery that has been upgraded. The rooms are dark, but clean and furnished nicely. The bathroom was especially nice. Breakfast was generous!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. I would highly recommend staying there. The staff was terrific and went above and beyond my expectations. My room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel offered free food the evening I was there, and it was much appreciated. I will definitely plan to stay there when I am in that area.

We stay here every time we are in town, which is quarterly, we love the staff, how clean and close proximity the greyhound races. We did experience many issues this visit with our KEY cards not working and having to obtain new keys multiple times.

Great Place to Stay

This has been our go-to place to stay for several years when in the Kanawha Valley. Our last weekend stay was quite comfortable. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, food was really good and there was a good selection of breakfast foods to choose from, and the price of the room was reasonable. Overall, very pleased with the stay there.
