Nice place to stay
I chose this for the direct access to the water. The front desk people were extra pleasant on each occasion I met with them. I have no complaints about the room. The restaurant next door, Cracker's, has the best New England Clam Chowder I have found in Florida. I would stay again. I also took the sunset cruise associated with the hotel and it was nice.

We had a wonderful time. The location still had a section under construction but it was safely and clearly marked off. The pool and hot tub were very nicely kept up and comfortable.

Only the hole no donut
Room felt cold and uninviting smelt musty . There is no breakfast offered but the coffee/ donut shop they have didn’t have donuts, when asked do you have any donuts or pastries they looked confused and said oh not at the moment, 9am in the morning.

We loved it so much we stayed an extra day ! Staff were all excellent and really friendly. Grounds need some work and they are constructing another building but it’s all contained. Enjoyed watching the comings and goings on the dock. Walked to Crackers next door for dinner. Great coffee shop in lobby.

Overall, the stay was wonderful! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The on site boat ramp was very convenient to launch boats and jet skis. Rooms were clean and well kept. The only negative was that the bed was uncomfortable. Would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The coffee shop in the office lobby was out of everything from blueberry muffins to flavored syrups. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They did a nice job renovating it from Best Western. The location was great. There was good food nearby, and we could put our kayaks in the water right from the property.

The lodging was perfect for us: on the water, cool pool with great view, boat ramp, and a choice of good restaurants that had gluten free options. Reasonably priced, and the staff could not be nicer, from the front desk to the coffee shop to those who clean and maintain the property. Everything was very clean, which is the most important thing to me. We are definitely returning.
