We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities in our room. Microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and seating area with super reading lights. 1st class breakfast. Beds and pillows were so comfy we didn’t want to get up.

Poor policies
They have a policy that states they only provide housekeeping every third day. On my fourth night I had to go to the desk and ask for more clean towels and washcloths. Also on my first day they only left me with a half roll of toilet paper. I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t make a half roll last three days. When they did go to my room the only thing they did was give me new towels and washcloths and took the garbage out, no new linens or anything else.

Girl with a nose ring at main desk was very slow and wasn’t able to answer questions. Our room had NO hot water either day we stayed. Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Only positive I can offer is the breakfast was good.

Check-in was easy. When we got to the hall our room was on we noticed alot of rooms had trash bags setting outside the doors we figured house keeping was running behind no big deal. When we got up the next morning the trash was STILL THERE!! Hotel was not very clean at all. We were told the pool hours were 9 AM to 10 PM when we went to use the pool at 7pm the pool was closed down when we asked the guy at the front desk about it he said it was out of his control.

Bring your own toilet paper.
Some of the staff was nice and the other was super rude. They ran out of toilet paper and got extremely rude when we ask for additional rolls. We ended up checking out early because of the staff.
