Breakfast buffet was really good. Property condition was good. Decent staff. Only downsides: TV should be updated so that you can access your streaming services like Amazon or Netflix. Phone was in poor shape. Table side clock had a malfunctioning display.

Cleaning lady did not clean room correctly left trash behind. An no extra towls broken bathroom door. They lied said they fixed an they never fixed it. Barking nose all night the drive way is hard to find the orginal drive way can damage your car badly

Stuck with room next to a loud elevator. In room dehumidifier running in room? A disgusting carpet I wouldn’t put in my dogs crate. Most channels on TV didn’t work to cap off stay so no Sunday night football.

The young lady, Samantha, who was the overnight desk person, was incredibly helpful!! We stayed there after our home was flooded by Hurricane Helene. We were exhausted and overwhelmed and she came through for us! Bravo Samantha!

This was a nice stay, and friendly helpful staff. Even coming in late after 11pm, you just scan your room card in the foyer, and you gain admittance. Helps feel safe and easy. Decent breakfast with two fruit options (oranges/banana), some proteins (sausage patty, egg, ) and also milk, yogurt, and danishes. Also cereals. Has a pool, which I didn't get to use but was available. And coin operated laundry. I would stay here again if I'm visiting this area. The bathroom was a good size, and handles in the tubs helps too. They always made the rooms nice and clean when I left.

The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Extremely poor lighting in the room. The usb plugs didn’t work. I was very disappointed in the fact that there was so much styrofoam and plastic in the breakfast area. The breakfast selection was good but we only had the breakfast once. The other 2 mornings we opted to eat out because we didn’t want to add to the waste being created in the breakfast area. I have found central Florida to be incredibly eco unfriendly.
