This stunning contemporary villa with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean overlooking Playa Azul is now available for rent. This amazing villa located in the hills of the Marbella area of Costa Rica exudes modern design and luxury at its finest. The main home features 4 bedrooms an 4.5 bathrooms. Upon entering the home, one is immediately drawn to the sweeping views of the ocean. The main level features a chef's kitchen and a spacious and open design for entertaining.

The kitchen, dining and living area flows directly into a 300 square meter covered terrace with outdoor kitchen row.

From there you have a breathtaking view of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets. A fire chill area invites you to relax.

The new yoga deck is our favorite place to start the day.

You'll love the large infinity pool with whirlpool.

On the second floor there is also a small fine GYM area with Smart TV.

You will walk through the front door and immediately feel: I have arrived!

The Playa Azul Ocean Club is only 5 minutes away by car. There you can have an excellent breakfast and dinner.

The TikiHut at Playa Coco is also very popular. An outrageously romantic beach bar directly on a huge white sandy beach. Playa Coco is the absolute insider tip for swimming, surfing and relaxing.

Nosara - the ultimate insider tip of the spiritual scene and absolute surfer hot spot is only 28 KM away and can be reached by car in a good 30 minutes.

A small supermarket and various restaurants can be found within a radius of 10 km.
