Beautiful hotel, it’s just there’s always something happening on that Main Street. This is my second time there and there have been protests and group gatherings which cause the city to barricade monuments and buildings. The hotel was barricaded as well. I understand it’s for safety, however this happens very often in this particular area.

Hilton being a huge hotel chain you would think rooms would be cleaned and up to par for guests. I had to call twice for trash bags, toilet paper and basic necessities that should be there before the guests arrive. Also, customer service at the front desk needs some reminders that they should treat guests with respect and stop using their phones while checking-in. I never complain but the amount I paid is insane for what we got in return.

Traveled with family. I had a wonderful view of Palacio de Bellas Artes. I did not use any of the facilities as we were mostly out. The room service and reception were very nice. Our room was cleaned everyday as asked. Only negative things I can say it was not dusted and the coffee area was not properly stocked on any day I stayed. The restaurants are convenient. The location and security of the area is what will make me return to this hotel. A lot of the travel tours will also pick you up from the main hotel lobby. Overall I enjoyed my stay and it was my first time in Mexico City.

The hotel location is very convenient to almost everything in the city center. However, the staff was not as welcoming as I was expecting from previous stayings in other hotels in CDMX. The mini bar in the room was empty and when I asked they say don’t have that service. For the type of hotel, I was expecting to have a robe and slippers in the room but there was nothing. We didn’t use any of the other amenities so I can’t say anything about them.
