Nos quedamos en este hotel para poder quedarnos cerca del Hospital Siglo XXI. Se encuentra a dos calles del hospital. Los cuartos muy limpios, y con buen servicio. Todo el personal muy amable, sobretodo Juan Jose, que trabaja en recibir a los huéspedes en la puerta. Muy amable y servicial. Muchas gracias por toda tu ayuda! Si algún dia necesitara llegar a esa area, me hospedaría en el mismo hotel.

Great hotel
Place was great. Located in a safe and reputable area. Lots of street food along with many restaurants. Just a few steps from a shopping center. Great location at a even greater price. Staff very friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. Only thing ac did not cool down through out the day. Was cool not cold even at night.

The floor in the room was extremely dirty. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. We asked a cleaning lady to clean the room when she was directly outside of our door, she said she would and did not. AC was only air, didn’t have cool air.

Towels were old and torn. Mold in shower. No air conditioning although it is advertised as having a/c. Beds are way too hard. Not comfortable sleeping here.
