"Loved our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were able to organise anything we wanted through WhatsApp (tennis, massage, laundry, hotel transfers) and they were always available to help. Dining options were excellent. The cost was more expensive than out and about we felt good value against eating out at home. There was a good range of cuisines to try and always tasty. The pools are good sized and we were fortunate to stay during a quiet time so had them to ourselves more often than not. The gym is usable but more of a 'hotel fitness centre' than full gym."

"Third trip to Keramas and Desa Swan was by far the best place I’ve stayed. Everything is manicured to perfection and the staff were super friendly and attentive. For surfing there are a few good breaks within walking distance. It’s off the main highway and quiet, and breakfast with coffee was delicious. Local culture is still prominent at Keramas. Would highly recommend this place!!!"
