El hotel es cumplidor, nada que me haya hecho querer volver. Siento que puede mejorar en muchos aspectos y no incluye nada sustancial para que tengas una buena estancia, las camas no están mal, pero no hay una televisión que se ajuste a las condiciones necesarias para que te sientas cómodo. Los baños están más o menos, un poco descuidados.

It was a nice hotel it was clean AC did work. The only thing is that below us there was a group of people being too loud and had music even passed 11pm they should respect others, or maybe staff should of asked to like it down, and no mini fridge that would of been a plus

When we arrive there were issues with our reservation, they couldn't find it even when showing the reservation code. After a few minutes they finally found it and placecus in a room tgat had) no view (reservation stated had a view ).Room had hair on floors, sheets looked dirty /stained like make up ,towels had yellow stains and looked dirty too. I wasn't happy regarding cleanliness Next morning they move us to a different room with a view, room was more cleaned than the previous one.

Disappointing, could easily be more welcoming
Spacious rooms with large terrace and view. No welcome or smiles at check-in or during stay. Evening staff especially unfriendly. Room was cleaned only twice during 5 nights. Located 1 km from centro and Catedral, but with unpleasant uphill walk with narrow lanes, steps and traffic.

Location is wrong
Had a jard time finding hotel location is wrong i chose this hotel beacause price an location google maps and hotels.com show hotel 3 blocks away towards downtown and is wrong. I even had to help a rappi delivery guy to find the hotel cause he was also having a hard tjme finfing hotel. Is scary where the hot is located looks unsafe

I contacted the hotel regarding packages sent to the hotel. They replied that it was not an issue. I placed 3 orders of Mezcal for personal use, nothing that was for commercial purposes. When I placed the order I specified where to send the items and that they were for me. But included the general manager’s name as well. 1 package had my name 2 did not. The general manager was very upset, even mentioned that he could sue me. I did not know that was an option. Non the less he kicked me out of the hotel. I was not allowed to stay that same day, even though I was already charged for the day. I would not recommend it at all. Bed sheets were burned and the bathroom sink was clogged. Horrible experience over all. Still waiting on my refund by the way.

Is very spacious room with a big balcony (with a small table and 2 chairs, plus an individual sofa). When walking toward the Jardin Borda from the hotel, you have to walk a lot of steps in a cement stairway. The wide stairway is in front of the hotel.

Comfy spot, reception lacking hospitality
The receptionist was ill-mannered when I requested a room change because there was no table on the balcóny, the bathroom wall had a Hole connecting to the airshaft, and an extra kid's cot had been left taking up space. 2nd room was much better, as I had remembered from a previous stay. Restaurant service was very pleasant. Nice View and pool área.

There is only one electrical outlet in the bedroom; located beside the bed. They provide no chair for the desk. Upon request, the nice staff got a chair from the restaurant. I could hear distinctly people in neighboring rooms speaking in normal voices.

Pay at time of booking or they may cancel reservat
On this reservation I had elected to pay at the desk. At 4:32pm I recieved an email that they wanted a confirmation by noon to 3 of the same day. That was a bit impossible to do since the time had already past. I had my confirmation number through hotel.com. We arrived at the hotel at 4:45 ( our bus was running 2 hours late) and the receptioist told us that our reservation had been canceled by bookings.com though upon calling and talking with the help desk at hotels.com we were told that they never canceled our reservations and that the hotel acted on their own. So we scambled, went back on hotels.com and luckily found a sweet place that was clean ,friendly, helpful and fun. Though this was aggrevating at the time we were thankful for the change. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke the entire time we were there.
