Great price nice hotel Would stay here again
Hotel Raul is a nice quiet hotel with a restaurant that is not open on Mondays. Our room was comfortable, the internet very good, hot water but low water pressure in the shower. We had a balcony that looked out over the street and the mountains were visible in the distance. Sun rise if you happen to get up early enough is a very pretty sight. it is a few blocks walk to the bus terminal, great restaurants and the beautiful historical part of the city.. There is a pool in the back with a slide and a cute area for children. A beautiful rose garden area is part of this hotel with a larger area of green grass and tables to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine. Parking is off the road and in the back of the hotel quiet amble. A pleasant surprise is the singing of the birds that come home in the in the evening to rest in the bamboo grove that is at the back of the parking lot. Each floor has a balcony type area that you can sit at to look out over the pool and the garden.

Nice place.
Clean efficient smaller rooms. A well maintained hotels. Rooms are not large but the price is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Javier at the front desk was particularly helpful. They have a nice breakfast!

More attention to the guest is recommended
The night receptionist was only modestly helpful. No bulb in the bed lamp, and after two days and two complaints, and the receptionist even looked at it, but no bulb was supplied. The remote control for the TV was only working after exchange of batteries

NIce clean, well run place
Very nice hotle, great service. On weekends, an outstanding Breakfast buffet. Room a bit small, but big enough. Place is well run and immaculate. Up the hill a bit from Zocalo. Grab a taxi if you have luggage for about 30 pesos.

Everything you need at small price, well located.
The room was a little small but comfortable, the ac worked well. The peoples working there were very helpful on where and how to go places. The restaurant had very good breakfast menu. Well located close to the zocalo.
