Es un hotel que requiere un mantenimiento urgente, la piscina empieza a "desprender" mucho azulejo, peligroso si lo pisamos nos podemos cortar. El cuarto que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad. Nos tocó la mala fortuna de tener una familia en los cuartos de al lado que hicieron mucho ruido. El área de gimnasio está abandonada.

El servicio es muy bueno y atentos , la comida muy rica, los únicos contras: 1.- es la cama ya se sienten los resortes y no se puede descansar bien, 2.- los juegos infantiles les falta mantenimiento ya q les hace falta escalones y la resbaladilla improvisada lástima los remaches de la bajada, 3.- la alberca le hace falta pedazos de azulejo en el piso y te llegas a cortar,

Dos personas que están en la alberca, nefasta la disponibilidad y servicio al cliente La primer habitación que me dieron, sucia completamente, con cucarachas y la administración solo se limita solo a pedir disculpas y por obvias razones nos cambiaron de habitación. No lo recomiendo, no volvería a regresar. Algo bueno, el del parking amable, aunque tengo mis dudas que hayan ocupado mi auto., hoy que lo recogí, el asiento del copiloto, estaba completamente en otra posición y recorrido., ahí ellos no tienen nada que hacer ...

1. El colchón estaba vencido y los resortes molestaban en la espalda. 2. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, ni la TV 3. El chorro de la regadera era escaso y el cancel del baño estaba sucio (con moho) 4. Se escucha un ruido muy fuerte y periódico de la bomba del agua 5. Tienen una discoteca con ruido fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche. El costo fue excesivo en relación con la habitación asignada, pequeña y sucia.
