Beautiful property. Spacious, clean room & very quiet. Grounds are lush with flowering plants, pool is delightful at the end of a hot day. Healthy breakfast & delicious coffee.

Disgusting room next to noisy road trafficked by buses, motorcycle and cars. Fumes seeped into the room through a screen high in the bathroom. Cockroach in the kitchen is room. Management refused to change the room without cost. It’s incredible that such a room can be marketed.

Todo super bien! Nos dejaron hacer check in a las 2pm, ya que la habitación ya estaba disponible. El único detalle es que no proporcionan botellas de agua en la habitación, y el wifi lo apagaron por algunas horas. Fuera de eso, todo super bien, muy amables, y todo muy limpio!

We stayed at Mesón de las Delicias for a few days and loved the hotel itself. It is a cute little hotel with lots of tropical plants (greenery). The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with your requests. The only bad thing I can note is that they have their own restaurant inside the hotel and you have to share a small parking lot with hotel guests and attendees of the restaurant.

Lovely!
The Hotel is Beautiful and all the staff is super friendly and Helpful. The breakfast included is awesome and the overall food of the restaurant tastes great. The only complaint i would have is that Netflix and the other streaming apps don't qork on the TV and that the Pool was closed sometimes because they were putting chemicals on it so i couldn't go in .

Lleno de problemas. Hotel lleno nos decían.
Todo el sábado estuvimos sin agua caliente por un problema del calentador y con hotel lleno, una desesperacion generalizada. El personal de servicio y recepción agunataba bien la crisis, pero sin solucion. Nos fuimos a bañar a otra parte. Luego en restaurante. Sin fijarse los problemones que se pasaban desde el sábado en las instalaciones, nos pidieron que nos levantáramos de la mesa de desayuno porque había gente espeeando. Cuando nos tocó esperer, no recibimos esa cortesia de parte de algun comensal. Por favor, no hagan eso, en cualquier lugar, el que llega más tarde, le toca aguardar... o irse.

This was the best location closest to the city center. The hotel was inviting and very quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The toilet and shower area was a bit cramped but not a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Cuernavaca.
