Villa Casablanca is located on a hillside on it’s own plot raised and surrounded among pine trees overlooking the Albufera National
Park and only minutes away from the unspoiled sand dune "El Dosel" beach popular with wind/kite surfers known as one of the last untouched beauties with crystal clear waters along the Spanish coastline.
Due to it’s position the property is raised above the street level with quite a few steps leading up to the entrance as can be appreciated on the photos. There is a street parking in front of the Villa.
The Villa centres on a large open plan double height living area wrapped on two sides by six meters of glass front that lets the natural light into the heart of the house creating a seamless outdoor/indoor environment between the living room and the large wood-decked terrace centred around the pool. An adjoining indoor dining area and open plan kitchen/breakfast area tempts one never to leave the poolside, day or night. The surrounding pine trees lend the house a sense of privacy, seclusion and exclusivity.
The house can comfortably sleep six with accommodation split over the air-conditioned master bedroom with ensuite shower/bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and A/C except the bedroom with two single beds which is equipped with an air-fan. There is a laundry room with washing machine,ironing table
and a small terrace to dry your washing.
Circular staircase leads to the Sun- Roof/Solarium with incredible views
of the area and equipped with an outdoor sofa set/relax zone and sun-beds as an additional sun-bathing.
Facilities include: Smart TV, DVD, CD, MP3, USB, Cinema Surround System and Mobile Phone /Tablet Connection for your preffered entertainment, Underfloor Heating, Air- Conditioning/Heating, WiFi, Dishwasher, Fully fitted kitchen, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Outdoor Swimming pool, Terrace Furniture, Sun-beds, Dining table and two relax chirs in the shade by the pool.
The centre of the Urbanisation has maintained gardens, childrens park, football/basketball pitch and a tennis/padel court. The Urbanisation provides night-time security.
I live on the Lower Ground Level of the villa in a self contained apartment sharing the entrance at the street level so will await your arrival, show you around the property, hand over the house keys and be available for any information or needs you may have, although your privacy is respected at all times.
Pool maintenance will need to be carried out every second/third day on days we agree upon.
There is a gas Barbecue on the terrace which can be used only on request.
