I loved everything about this hotel besides the price of the drinks and the one broken elevator. Other than that it was 5 star. I really enjoy the bar staff, Erica was great.

Secure stay
The location was perfect because our venue was right across the street! There is a shuttle that will drive you around within 3 miles and until 10pm! That was great! The hotel breakfast was great! The rooms could definitely use an update but overall this hotel was perfect for our stay! If you’re looking for a secure stay especially in Atlanta, this is it. You must have a room key to enter and leave the parking lot.

I chose the Embassy Suites because they offered a walkable distance to the Braves game and a breakfast the next morning before we’re headed back home, which was it off town. It turns out that they don’t offer breakfast on the weekends until 7:30. I had to be in the road by that time. So, my son and I paid for a breakfast we never received. This was not communicated to me on the website or at check in. Very disappointed.

Had a bad experience at the embassy suites. Found a bug in the room took a pic but didn’t make a big deal about it. Even tho my wife was freaking out. On the last night of stay I called front desk to let them know my shower wasn’t draining gave my room # and no one showed up at all. I paid to much money for this to be happening! Especially after I call about it and nothing is done.

We stayed when we went to a Braves game. The hotel was very nice. Great breakfast! We were thrilled that it had a shuttle to the game- made it so easy.

Absolutely disappointed with this being a Hilton. Had to move rooms once we got there because Fridge was broken, wouldn’t close. Lights were flickering and not one but both outlets next to bed did not work. When called they KNEW about these issues already and did move us immediately but the fact that they rented the room out like that was unacceptable. We had to repack and move to another room. That room also had flickering lights and lights that were out. At this point my husband said let it go we wouldn’t be in the room much during the day. I let it go. Went to the pool that night and not only was it gross, and had no towels THE CEILING was leaking. I was like OMG went to the front desk and THEY KNEW said it was fine maintenance was at a conference. It was completely unsafe and they had children swimming in there. The tiles looked like they were going to cave in. While hotel smelled like smoke. Absolutely disgusted with my stay there. Still have not received a call from the manager!

Hotel was clean. Front desk was not very friendly. Had complimentary breakfast and 2 free drink for one alight during our stay. We were put right by the elevator and could hear people getting on and off the elevator atate hours of the night and heard a weird squeaky noise that kept us up at night. Had to pay for parking every night. It was walk able to the stadium.
