Thought everything seemed to be going well until I’m eating breakfast in my room at the office desk and a roach ran past me. I got breakfast from your breakfast bar and wanted to eat with my husband in the room. It freaked me out to see a roach. I asked to speak to the manager and even took them the cockroach (now dead thanks to me) and show them they needed to get an exterminator. Never got a call as promised about any type of compensation or anything. Never stay there again. Don’t need to bring those bugs with me and I pray I didn’t.
It was alive when he ran past me, fast little thing but I killed It and realized what it was. Yuck!!!!!

Excellent location if attending a Chiefs or Royals game as it is a 10-15min walk to the stadiums. Very clean rooms and bathrooms; very friendly cleaning staff.
