Nice hotel in the city center.
It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

O que foi ruim, foi que chegamos de madrugada, e no anuncio informa que possui estacionamento. Esse foi o motivo que fechamos com eles. Porém informou na chegada que o mesmo estava em manutenção. E passaram o endereço que ficava a 2 quadras do hotel. Tivemos que tirar as malas do carro e levar o carro e voltar de madrugada as duas quadras.

Terrível - Falta de respeito.
Experiência horrível, pra começar, cheguei para fazer Check-in às 14h30 e o atendente informou que o quarto nao estava pronto. O funcionário era despreparado e aparentava estar perdido. No site aparece a informação de que há estacionamento na acomodação com valor de 35 reais pagos extra valor da diaria. Na realidade, o estacionamento é particular, nao tem vinculo com o hotel e fica a 2 quadras de distância, com preco de 40 reais por diaria, informação omitida no site de reserva. A aparência da recepção ja nao foi das melhores, ambiente sujo e sem iluminação adequada. Quando entrei no quarto, nao pude acreditar na audácia do hotel em achar viável a oferta daquele quarto a um preço de 400 reais por noite. O ambiente estava sujo, com mofo na parede e piso do chão se desfazendo, ar condicionado vazando, roupa de cama e banho super velhas e amareladas, cortina rasgada e com cheiro ruim, passei frio a noite com nojo de pegar o cobertor que tinha num canto do guarda roupa. O banheiro parecia aqueles de posto de beira de estrada, com torneira da pia pingando, janela velha e quebrada, saboneteira quebrada, chuveiro parecendo uma bica de agua e com vazamento da area do box, banheiro sujo com lixo e cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores. Café da manhã nas mesmas condições, sem palavras. Vou incluir algumas fotos, pq se me contassem, também teria Unica coisa boa, foi uma noite só!

O banho era morno e para piorar a janela do banheiro estava toda quebrada, deixando entrar um vento gelado que tornava a hora do banho em uma tortura. As toalhas pareciam pano de chão, de tão gastas e ainda esqueciam de colocá-las. O piso do quarto estava todo arrebentado. O do banheiro um nojo. O estacionamento que diziam no Hoteis.com que tinha , na verdade estava fora de serviço. Tivemos um gasto extra de R$200,00 para parar em um estacionamento fora do recinto.

A cama de má qualidade, o chuveiro era só uma bica, sorte que não estava frio. A janela do banheiro toda podre de ferrugem, não fechava direito. A TV fora do lugar, ruim para ver na altura da cama. A luz do quarto com mal contato. Ar condicionado numa posição que venta direto na cama, não dá para ficar ligado direto durante a noite. Não é mais uma opção para mim em Curitiba.

Estadia frustrante.
Quarto sujo, fui mudar a cama de lugar, estava bem sujo e com muitos papéis, bolachas em baixo da cama. Deixei o quarto às 8 da manhã, voltei às 15h e não haviam limpado o quarto, falei com duas pessoas e disse que sairia novamente às 16h para que limpassem o apartamento, voltei meia noite e encontrei o quarto da mesma maneira que deixei, tolhas no chão para troca e tudo mais. O banho quente não tive, em 3 momentos diferentes durante o fds, 2 a água estava fria, e 1 quase morna. A cortina soltava pó só de olhar para ela, chão descascando, água do banheiro “marrom” deve ser encanamento velho. Estacionamento terceirizado e longe do hotel, se estiver chovendo complica muito a situação. O colchão já estava afundado, alguns botões nos andarem do elevador não existiam, não havia como chamar o elevador para subir, apenas descer. Café da manhã honesto, apesar de eu ter visto uma funcionária lambendo os dedos antes de manipular um alimento do buffet. Gostei da localização do Hotel, estavam em reforma o que não desabonou em nada, o atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. O Hotel precisa de uma gerência mais ativa, algumas coisas como falta de água quente, e limpeza do quarto deveriam ser prioridade, quarto simples ou luxuoso não importa, agora sujo ou limpo faz muita diferença. Um amigo que também estava hospedado, pediu adiantamento do checkout, não admitiu o que encontrou, no quarto dele tinha até lata de redbull em baixo da cama.

Péssimo estado de conservação e limpeza
Vista bonita, ficamos no quarto 406, próximo de tudo, padaria, farmacias, restaurante, Rua 24 hrs (que não funciona 24 hrs), Mercado Municipal em frente a Praça (que só descobrimos andando), colchão ruim com "buraco" no meio, tivemos que dormir nas extremidades, banheiro em péssimo estado de conservação. Atendentes não prestaram um bom atendimento, nós estavamos com meus pais idosos e elas não deram informações corretas. Descobrimos "andando" que tinha uma padaria 24hrs, há 02 quadras dali...e só descobrimos que tinha uma frutaria bem próximo na praça em frente, no Mercado Municipal, quando tinhamos andado muito já...
