The luxurious master bedroom boasts a contemporary ensuite and queen bed. Two additional spacious bedrooms showcase panoramic farmland viewing and share an elegantly appointed bathroom.

The kitchen features top tier appliances, a Deloughi coffee machine, spacious walk in pantry, and plenty of countertop space.

At the heart of the home is an open plan living and dining area with a spacious lounge room. Step outside to discover a pool and a fully decked entertaining area, all enveloped by the beautiful surrounding farmland.

In a great location, close to the Bellarine wineries, Drysdale and Portarlington town centres and beautiful local beaches.

The pool is Solar heated only, depending in summer it can get to about 26degrees, in winter it is much cooler water.
The farm is an operational farm with livestock.
The use of motorbikes or any other form of machinery is not permitted at any time.
The bringing of any type of pet is NOT allowed due to potential health implications to farm livestock.
Guests are hiring the use of the area within in the confines of the fences of the house and driveway to enter/exit. Guests are NOT to venture throughout the other parts of the farm. This is for the safety of the guests and livestock

This property was situated on a private land away from the main road which made it a quiet spot to stay at. The property was maintained to standard and felt new, however, we were deeply disappointed about the facilities with its unusable conditions. As we chose to stay at this property during the winter season, we were looking forward to using the fire pit and heated pool during our getaway. Disappointedly, neither of them were usable as the fire pit was broken and the pool apparently does not heat up during winter as it requires solar power to operate. We would’ve been fine if these were communicated to us prior to our stay and not for us to find out when we arrive. We tried speaking to the agent regarding these matters, however, these issues were not attended or compensated as the owners were apparently on a holiday overseas. The agent informed us about a pool manual that was not present so we ended not able to use the pool at all during our stay. Overall, it may have been a nice stay if it was in the warmer season. For the price we paid for this property, we were expecting a bit more than just an accommodation to sleep in with no extra facilities.

Booked for a golf weekend and it did not disappoint! Perfect location and absolutely stunning property just a shame the pool wasn’t heated as it look like the heat was switched off but still a great stay!
