Overlooking picturesque Corio Bay, Shoreline@Curlewis is just steps to Curlewis Beach and 2 childrens' parks, and a short walk to the local fishing jetty and boat launch, golf course, tennis courts, and shopping centre.

Amenities: Cook up a storm in the large open plan kitchen, equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer, gas cook top and electric oven, microwave, air fryer, Sandwich press, Nutribullet, dishwasher and more.

In the well stocked butlers pantry you will find basic condiments (salt, pepper, oils, balsamic vinegar, sauces and spices), breakfast spreads, a coffee pod machine with pods, a selection of black and herbal teas, sugar/sweetener and hot chocolate. Some complimentary breakfast goodies including fresh home-made bread, granola, eggs and fresh milk for your first day are provided, to give you some time to get settled.

Dining: Up to 10 people can comfortably eat together and create memories around the upstairs formal dining table. Enjoy views of ships passing across the bay while dining alfresco around the upstairs balcony table, or have breakfast bathed in sunlight around the table and bench seating on the downstairs deck overlooking your private pool.

Entertainment: Two well appointed indoor living areas provide lots of comfortable lounge seating, wall mounted smart TVs, and upstairs is a gas fireplace. Children's toys and books, a foosball table and arcade machine provide hours of entertainment. Please note you will need to log into your own accounts on the smart TVs various apps.

Grab a platter and your favorite drink and spend some time remembering some golden oldies from your youth or discovering new tunes from the vinyl collection played on the record player. If you want to keep in shape we have you covered, with your own small gym onsite. Or grab one of the yoga mats, stretch and breath while you greet the day on the balcony over-looking the beautiful bay.

Outdoor Delights: Downstairs, in the beautifully landscaped backyard, a fully gated, graded depth (1.2m one end and 1.8m the other), in-ground pool provides hours of exercise, fun and relaxation. The pool is solar heated all year. This means in the warmer months from approximately November to March, depending on the amount of sunlight, the pool heats to a comfortable temperature using solar power. However, if you would like the pool gas heated to 28 degrees for your stay please let us know. To cover the gas use there is an additional charge of $75 per day.

The private, fully fenced, backyard is complemented by an undercover BBQ kitchen complete with hot and cold running water, bar fridge, several sun lounges, and a vegetable and herb garden for you to enjoy. Upstairs, the large outdoor balcony offers expansive views of Corio Bay and the You Yang ranges, a large ethanol burning fire pit to cozy around, a telescope and an outdoor wall heater.

Family and Pet Friendly: Amenities include childrens’ stair gates, a highchair, childrens’ crockery and cutlery, porta-cot (linen not provided), baby bath, family board games, children and adults’ books, beach and pool toys.

We welcome pets of all breeds and of course they can be with you indoors. There is an outside pet bed and two indoor pet beds and blankets, as well as some pet toys for them to enjoy. We dont have restrictions on the number or size of pets you can bring (perhaps not horses!). There are no additional pet fees, and we dont have any restricting rules. We trust our guests to take care of the property. The local beach and many great walking trails are nearby for you to enjoy together, and the fully enclosed safe backyard has lots for them to explore.

An upstairs study nook provides a convenient space for those who may need to remain connected during their stay.

Bedrooms

Upstairs primary suite: Queen bed, private ensuite, spacious walk-in robe, wall mounted Smart TV, couch, skylight, and blackout blinds.

Downstairs junior suite: Queen bed, private ensuite, walk-in robe, wall mounted TV (not Smart), and blackout blinds.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs): Queen bed, spacious wardrobe, blackout blinds.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs): Double bed bunk with a single on top and a separate single pull-out trundle below, spacious wardrobe and blackout blinds.

A downstairs bathroom serves bedrooms 3 and 4 and contains a large free-standing bathtub, separate walk-in shower and single vanity. There is an adjoining separate WC.

Laundry: a washing machine and heat-pump clothes dryer are available for your use. Washing powder, a drying rack, outdoor clothes line, pegs, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided.

All linen and towels, including pool/beach towels are provided. Should you need them extra bath towels are located in each bathroom.

Nestled in the heart of the Bellarine wine region, we are fortunate to have many fabulous wineries, distilleries, cafes and restaurants within a short drive. We highly recommend spending a lazy day exploring iconic towns such as Portarlington, Queenscliff and Barwon Heads all within an easy drive and enjoying exceptional food, wine and the views across the peninsula! Additional Information:
Guests have exclusive use of the whole property, apart from a locked storage room located off the garage.

Access and safety- we have a toilet commode chair, shower stool, ramp and shower grab rail available. These are stored away and so please feel free to request them when booking if they would assist. There is no additional charge.

Fire and monoxide alarms are fitted in the property, and we have fire blankets, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit for your comfort and safety.

Shoreline is nestled in a quiet pocket of the Bellarine peninsula and the property has been designed for families or groups of friends to relax, unwind and connect. This is not a party house.

Other things to note
The ground floor of this two-story home is fully accessible to people with mobility limitations (a ramp to access the outdoor deck, and so the home, is available on request). However, the 1st floor can only be accessed by climbing a flight of stairs (indoors or outdoors). Three of the bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge room and the outdoor kitchen, pool and an outdoor dining setting are all located downstairs.

The house is solar powered and all windows and glazed doors are double glazed to optimize energy efficiency. We try to walk lightly on the earth

The home is fitted with a security alarm system and so there are three movement sensors (the small boxes near the ceiling) in the home. These do not take images at all, they purely detect movement within the home when the alarm is activated. The alarm is not activated during guest visits.

There is a front door intercom camera system that connects to the upstairs consol near the air-conditioning control area between the kitchen and study nook. Again this does not record anything- it functions like a front door peephole does. It is just so people in the home upstairs can check who is ringing the doorbell.
