Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Do NOT stay here!!!
When I arrived with a friend I was told that we didn't have a reservation after the woman thought I was the one who booked & cancelled the room. We walked inside to resolve this issue but the place was filled with dogs and excretes. The woman couldn't find our reservation even though I clearly had the confirmation from hotels.com. she was very rude when we tried to leave to find a cleaner hostel. A guy was just staring at us with strange looks from the couch. I would not recommend staying here and the long trek up the hill is annoying with heavy luggages.
