The casa Muru manager literally kicked me and my small children out on the street with no notice (after she approved our booking and took our payment), knowing that my infant and toddler were sick.

The manager of Casa Muru does not practice or abide by the local Peruvian law of receiving identification of all parties (especially minor children) upon check in.

The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her.
