Excellent customer service. Very reliable and trusted personnel. When we were in the Cusco airport, My sister realized that forgot her cell there and she called them and immediately they sent the cell phone to the airport. It was great!! I highly recommend La Casona Real!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. It was very convenient around everything in Cusco. Was traditional hotel very nice great stuff, And the location is very close to restaurants, Massage parlors, Shopping stations, Tourist attractions and more.

it is in the downtown of Cusco, Peru. The property is ok but the location is terrible. The 2 nights when we slept there the loudly music, and the awful noise was until 4-5 am. So, so noisy, in the morning we heart shootings and we were terrified, but later we understood that it was from some parade on the plaza. You do not have to delay after 4-5 pm because the drunk people are around, the loudly music, some peed next to the trees...just scary and not safety. Otherwise the staff was helpful, nice, friendly, informative, respectful. The room - fine. Nothing luxury, fancy... No windows to open ( but with this noise around),,,

Authentic Hotel in Cusco
I enjoyed my stay in this authentic Cusco hotel with an inner lounge/courtyard. It's on a busy pedestrian street just off the Plaza de Armas. The staff was helpful with our luggage while we were hiking to Machu Picchu.

The property was beautiful but there was a party outside until 5 am every night and they shut off the toilets every night so you couldn’t flush them. Other than that, super close to the square and the staff were super nice and easy to work with.

Pase una semana en el hotel que es un encanto con sus interiores coloniales, muy bien atendidos. La habitación estaba prístina, con agua caliente y calefacción de piso la cual encendía cada noche al regresar. La atención del equipo fue excelente en todo momento, agradecida de toda la ayuda de Christian. El equipo de reservas fue mas allá de lo esperado antes de mi llegada, cuando quise añadir días a mi estancia y realizaron todo el tramite por teléfono. El desayuno excelente y mas aun, el desayuno para llevar los días en que salí de madrugada a mis excursiones. El servicio de lavandería fue impecable y esto es importante para alguien que viaja con mochila. La localización es privilegiada para llegar a los puntos de interés mas importantes de Cusco. Restaurantes de todo tipo cerca. Definitivamente regreso en mi próximo viaje.
