Stayin in this hotel is like a time traveler trip with all the modern amenities. Convenient location in the hart of Cusco. Wonderful breakfast and dining option or just a sip of Pisco Sour in the courtyard.

Top notch service and accomodations
This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located this was a perfect hotel for us to link in with our tour guides. The staff are incredibly friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The local tradition of setting off fireworks took some getting used to (0430hrs on a Sunday!). The only negative comment for our stay was the room was quite small, there was only one glass and one coffee capsule (no instructions for the coffee machine - thank you YouTube), the king sized bed felt small too us, so we thought it was a single occupancy room. An extra coffee capsule was denied by the room cleaner when asked for. We would stay here again though, muchas gracias.

Lovely old style hotel in the heart of Cusco, very convenient location. Friendly staff and great service as well. The facilities were well maintained and very tidy. We had a balcony over looking the street which was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable with good sheets. We will be staying her again when we return to Cusco.

Here’s a polished version of your review: Review for Wyndham Costa del Sol, Cusco Absolutely the best hotel experience in Cusco! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional. They greeted us right at the car, and the front desk team was incredibly welcoming and sweet. We had made this reservation just minutes before checking in, as we had decided to leave another well-known American brand hotel early due to numerous issues. The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Understanding our previous experience at the other hotel, the staff upgraded us to a suite without us even requesting it—a gesture that made our stay all the more special. My only regret is not booking this hotel from the start and having more time to enjoy it.

I stayed 3 night here, the room was dark with no windows, i didn't bother to switch rooms since i'm always outdoor anyhow, if you have claustrophobia highly recommend to ask not to put you on 1st floor, the staff where very nice, the hotel is a few min away from plaza de armas and other shops, i would recommend this place to stay.
