The house is 150 meters from the sea and the beach and falls within the Monte Cofano Oriented Nature Reserve.
The house is located in the pre-reserve of Monte Cofano, therefore it is possible to access the reserve itself, look out over the sea and contemplate the panorama that goes up to the Egadi Islands and enjoy the beautiful sunset that the area offers.
