Our 2015 elaborately renovated apartment, 65 m², located on the beach in the 5th Floor with partial views from the lounge to the Wadden Sea.

The modern and comfortable apartment (Non smoking) has
2 bedrooms both with TV, fitted kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge,
Dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with large shower, living room with lateral. Watt view and 60 'TV, stereo and BlueRay, Wi-Fi

Bed linen and towels are available on request for a fee (bed linen for 2 beds € 18, -, 2 towels, 1 bath towel € 5, -).
If you bring your own linens you need for a double bed
Fitted sheet 2 x 2 m and for the children's bed linen 2 x 1 m

In the well-kept house there is a swimming pool with jet stream are of showers, 2 saunas are available for a nominal fee. (Terms of February to December)

Free car / bicycle parking subject to availability at the house.

Wir waren zum ersten und definitiv nicht letzten Mal in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg. Die Wohnung ist für eine Ferienwohnung ausreichend groß mit großem Wohn-Essbereich. In der Nähe finden sich div. Restaurants mit unterschiedlich Schwerpunkten. Vor dem Haus starten täglich Wattwanderungen und Fahrten mit den Wattwagen div. Anbieter, grade für Kinder ein täglich wiederkehrendes Highlight.

Hochhaus in Sahlenburg
Trotz Hochhaus mit über 90 Wohnungen war das Haus sehr ruhig. Die Fahrstühle funktionierten einwandfrei und das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage zum Strand war optimal. Die Wohnungseinrichtung war tip-top und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Familie Grote war ausgesprochen angenehm. Ist zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne renovierte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Klobrille müsste erneuert werden. Gute Lage in Sahlenburg und sehr zu empfehlen. Unser erster Urlaub in Cuxhaven Sahlenburg. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Schwimmbad benutzt mit guter Sauberkeit. Die Buchung über Fewo direkt war nicht ganz einfach. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Herr Grote war freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Strand super und schnell vom Haus zu erreichen, Tierfreundlich
Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und so wie man es sich wünscht, die Beschreibung war passend. Der Strand ist super schnell und direkt zu erreichen. Auch der Hundestrand war mit einem kurzem Spaziergang schnell zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich im Keller waren sauber und eine schöne Abwechlung. Ein Manko müssen wir leider auch anbringen.....der Platz zum Abstellen der Fahrräder war a: zu wenig b: der 2. Stellplatz im Kellerzugang ist mit einem schwierigen Abgang ausgestattet, da er keine vernünftige Schieberampe für die Treppe hat c: zu wenig Möglichkeiten für die Fahrradträger zum aufhängen hat und diese wenn Fahrrähder davor stehen kaum zugänglich sind. Bei der Größe des Hauses mit den vielen Wohneinheiten sollte hier noch mal überlegt werden wie dies verbessert werden kann. Dazu kam noch das wir keine Abstellmöglichkeit für unseren Fahrradanhänger unseres Hundes gefunden haben und wir diesen, da er nicht durch die Tür des Fahrstuhl passte, letztendlich übers Treppenhaus in den 5. Stock tragen mussten. So etwas geht in der heutigen Zeit besser, da auch der Bedarf in dieser Richtung gestiegen ist.

Die Wohnung ist schöner, als auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer scheint die Sonne herrlich rein und man kann das Meer sehen. Der Pool im Keller ist abends wenig besucht und die Sauna kann für 1 Euro pro 15 Minuten angeschaltet werden. Es gibt auch einen Ruhebereich, Umkleiden und Duschen.

Meer, Strand, Heide und Wald, mehr braucht es nicht
Wir haben die herrliche Umgebung, Natur und freundlichen Menschen genossen. Da wir mit Rollstuhl unterwegs waren, können wir Sahlenburg sehr empfehlen. Viele Wege sind asphaltiert, einige Ausbesserungen sollten allerdings bald vorgenommen werden. Auch unsere Unterkunft war hervorragend. Allerdings sind einige Türen in der Wohnung zu schmal und nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Für nur bedingt eingeschränkte Menschen allerdings alles super. Die Wohnung ist per Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Herrlich war auch das Schwimmbad. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sahlenburg, alles wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war hervorragend, haben wir so toll noch nie erlebt👍 Die Wohnung war sehr schön, so wie beschrieben, und sehr sauber.
