I was extremely pleased with the property and the staff. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was ready to assist. The hotel was located across the street from the movie theater and other shopping and dining facilities were extremely close.

Requesting refund for this reservation. location of room next to elevation and smell in room. Front desk receptionist told us to check out because there was no other room available and that I would be refunded. Vacated the room at 1:30 am immediately after occupying it.a Had to drive back to New Orleans from Biloxi and did not arrive until 3:00 am.

This property is very nice, clean, and the location is great, but … there’s no microwave in rooms, and I had a problem/ question about my reservations, and never got to speak to a manager I was told by several desk attendant that one would contact me, I’m back home and still haven’t heard from one!!!!
