My family and I had a lovely time at this property. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were firm which was a great since we had really bad backs. The food at their ground floor restaurant could have been slightly better ..

We had a great family stay at Wyndham, the staff were friendly and accommodating but had difficulty understanding English. Breakfast was great with a variety of food, rooftop pool was amazing. We had afternoon tea with our booking which was nice but they were not very accommodating to kids, they only had tea and coffee as options and were refusing to serve hot chocolate to the kids. Our room had amazing view of the city. The hotel is a bit secluded and does not have much dining options in walking distance but had taxi’s in the front of the hotel which was convenient.

Very friendly staff and excellent service from them. Everyone one of them went out of their way to facilitate our stay. Special mention to Guest Relations Manager, Mint at Concerige, Tracy at reception for excellent hospitality Rooms are large and comfortable.

As im writing this review im enjoying the buffet in the hotel. Tried the rooftop pool and the F29 lounge plus bar both good places to visit. The F29 had afternoon tea which was quite lovely. Pool was cool and thank goodness it was cloudy today not scorching hot so pool time was perfect. The buffet has lots of options but something about the bahn mi makes me feel fully satisfied.

I want to apologize to the staff at the hotel. There was some miscommunication on my part because of the language barrier. I made a mistake on my check in review. I was asked if I received a upgrade and I answered no when indeed I did receive a upgrade. My family and I were upgraded to a corner bay view family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a kitchen and living room. The hotel and the room was wonderful and the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Gold bath fixtures and very clean. Beautiful view of the bay from both sides of the room. Private balcony. A 5 Star Luxury Hotel. I would give it a 10 Star 🌟 rating. The staff were really welcoming.
