Superb hotel in a great location. Loved everything about. Initially stayed 3 nights at Golden Lotus Luxury hotel nearby and then booked 4 nights at the Grand. Both hotels are good but the Grand is more modern.

Great hotel and stay in Danang

We had a beautiful room with city and beach view. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect, many restaurants, laundry facilities and spas. It was walking distance to the beach. It was a great stay.

The staff were friendly and tried to assist wherever they could. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was a daily routine when staying there. Extra decorations were facilitated due to the special occasions. It was appreciated ! Recommend staying !

Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang is a nice property with excellent location. The staff is very professional and friendly, they were very welcoming and greeted us every day at the desk and breakfast. Bobby went above and beyond at the front desk, and was very professional and caring. Anh helped us out at breakfast and the food was excellent selection and taste.

Great stay here. Bobby did a great job taking care of us. Breakfast was very nice. Location is a block off the beach. Little cold for the rooftop pool but the view is great for a quick drink. Would definitely stay again if back in da nang

Best customer service in all departments! Room was clean, but can be cleaned better because of dust and webs. First I got a room on 8th floor, had mold. So I got changed to room on 11th floor, that was much better. I like the bathroom, great! The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, but the staff can practice food safety better. Afternoon tea was included, but it's just a small plate of similar items from breakfast. The swimming pool was nice and clean and new, though the water was very cold. The beach was easy to walk to, just a few blocks away. We found good chinese food and Italian food next to the hotel. And a laundry service across this hotel!
